Kanayo Omo
Acting Coach / Director
Kanayo Omo is an award winning cinematographer and director on both the stage and screen. An acclaimed media trainer and acting coach; he is the Director of Blackwing Productions; a film and strategic media production company that started in California (USA), now with branches in the UK and Nigeria where it’s production services include training, documentary, effects and show designs for several top tier companies. Kanayo recently directed the award wining Kakadu, The Musical also designing it’s ground breaking lighting effects as technical director. He is a Co founder of the international black film festival of Nashville and also formerly it’s artistic director. A graduate of the University of Benin, Nigeria, and the winner of many artistic excellence awards. He has been involved in over 40 major screen and stage productions as Artistic and Technical Director/ Cinematographer and Consultant. His career has taken him across Europe and the United states where he has worked closely with many notable international names such as Debbie Allen, Stephen Spielberg, Kent gash, John Turtletub, etc. Kanayo is a member of AFTRA / SAG (US) and a partner in G House Studios (UK) producing films for the international market. Siku
Artist & Author
Siku is an artist, author, theologian and musician. He has worked for Marvel UK and COM X. He is one of Britain’s leading comic book creators having worked for 2000AD; producing hundreds of titles such as Judge Dredd, Slaine and a strip he co-created called Pan-African Judges. He is the author and creator of the best-selling The Manga Bible which is translated into 20 languages and the author of The Manga Jesus (2007 and 2010). Siku is also a broadcaster and Jerusalem Award nominee for BBC Radio, scripting and leading Radio 2 and Radio 4 Worship Services. Annual speaker at Eton College, schools and churches. He also worked as Visuals Director in video games and television. He is currently listed as one of London’s most noted black people in Black Londoners - A History.
